These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LearnType PRO. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
LearnType PRO is a touch typing learning application designed to help users improve typing speed, accuracy, reaction time, and keyboard confidence through structured lessons, statistics, achievements, and educational content.
User Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app or related services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to access systems or data without authorization.
- Interfering with app functionality, servers, or security systems.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse rankings, statistics, XP, or achievements.
- Using the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Learning Content
LearnType PRO may include educational sentences and facts about the Solar System, space, science, history, technology, and other topics. While we aim to provide accurate and useful content, we do not guarantee that all educational content is complete, current, or error-free.
Progress, XP, Rankings, and Achievements
Typing statistics, XP, rankings, achievements, daily goals, and streaks are provided for learning, motivation, and entertainment. We may update, reset, adjust, or remove these features if needed for technical, security, or fairness reasons.
Availability
We aim to keep LearnType PRO available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The app may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
LearnType PRO, including its design, branding, interface, software, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app except as permitted by law.
Subscriptions and Purchases
If LearnType PRO offers paid features, purchases, or subscriptions, they will be handled through the Apple App Store or other applicable platform providers. Payment, refunds, cancellation, and billing are subject to the terms of the platform provider.

LearnType PRO is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the app will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnType PRO and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to LearnType PRO if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access may create risk for the service, other users, or our systems.
